Lot Maintenance

For this fee, Heritage will keep your lot maintained throughout the season.  This may include a combination of mowing and herbicide applications based on your lot conditions.  Note, lot maintenance does not include weed trimming around member property for liability reasons.

Mooring Anchor

Heritage staff will place a 500lb concrete anchor with a chain and buoy.  Based on water levels, Heritage will move anchors 2 times during the season at no charge, additional moves will incur a $50 fee.  For reference, anchors were moved twice during the 2021 season.

Tote Service

Heritage partners with Redi Services to empty black/grey water totes weekly.  Members are responsible for purchasing their own tote and filling tote prior to pump out dates ( Wednesday each week).  Totes must be labeled with your lot #. 

 Non Potable Water Request

HSC will fill your RV with potable water for $1/gallon.  Fill ups are done every week, typically on Thursdays or Fridays.  After signing up, just send a text or email to HSC the week you need water, and we'll get you taken care of!
